Great for any service based business

This is an informative and inspirational book. It demonstrates how in the highly competitive and commoditized financial industry, there still is a way to deflect your competition and create unprecedented value to your existing (and many new) customers/clients without cutting cost (prices, wages/commissions etc). In other words, create a new category/service/process that is exclusive to your business. This deems your (previous) competition irrelevant and puts your business into the spotlight, thereby enabling you to charge a premium for your unique service(s).
Even though my business is something completely different, I gathered many insightful tips, stories, and examples from this book. A fresh and unique perspective from a different industry, well worth the read.

this book is a waste of money!!!!!!!! How about you tell me something besides get a "unique process!" Duh!! I read the title! Complete waste of time and money. I wished I had not wasted my time reading this garbage!
