Great comprehensive introduction to "true lean" and highly readable
By Alex
This is an excellent book that can claim to be both an introduction and a comprehensive overview of "true lean".
Andy's depth of understanding of the subject and his passion for seeing Lean adopted in its purest form shines true.
I highly recommend it, particularly to those who are rightly sceptical of the many instances of Leans bastardisation in the hands of the misinformed or novice practitioner.

By Jim Maher
This book provides a rock-solid and expansive range of insights on the often omitted management fundamentals of Lean. The author clearly describes the importance of having the right routines to drive the culture change that is so important in delivering the long term results of a Lean transformation. It is as generically applicable from the manufacturing domain to the service industry (including hospitals)
